I just tried out yagtd, Yet Another Getting Things Done tool, this one being written in Python and command-line based. It's using Python's cmd module for its frontend thus making interaction somewhat archaic. Data is stored in a single plaintext file that you give as an argument upon start-up. I didn't come as far as to try out it's managing of projects, but from what I've seen it looks like a very no frills approach towards GTD lists.
